Positive Experiences

Actually works as it should! I was really hesitant given so many bad reviews but I didn't have a single issue 🤷🏻‍♀️ Logged in, went to boarding pass, downloaded, done - easy! For reference, I've got a Pixel 6 Pro. (I normally don't write reviews but felt this app might be getting a bad rap for nothing).

The app is as obliging and client-friendly as the staff who are not only approachable but contactable. Yep, a real human on an 03 number.. usually within 2 minutes..

So far so good. When I come back from my holiday I will give an update. I know it's been a while, apologies, but now when booking a hol or flight we look at Jet2 first. Plus the app works great.

Updated to 5*. Working perfectly now thanks to jet2 support.

Negative Experiences

For the umpteenth time the app won't let me see my boarding passes. It says uh oh, we are having a problem etc. I have the app on my phone and it is great, downloaded it on to my tablet for ease of filling out my locator form on returning to Scotland and it keeps telling me a fault has occurred. Installed App for the first time today. When opening the App there is a message that the new App needs to be downloaded, so absolutely useless!!

Can't even open the app. Sorry there is a problem. Please try again later. Uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared browser cache. Nothing works. Disappointing.

App doesn't function when using a VPN.

I have just downloaded the app and I could login and check in straight away without any issues except the back button on the phone does not gave the same result as the back button on the app! Although the app served its purpose for me.

I downloaded the app on 2 devices and it says that I don't have internet connection. Doesn't work.

No longer working day before I travel. Why do they constantly mess with working apps? All working again now, well done. 19/08/2019.

Overall Experience

I had a holiday I loved it so much when I am 16 I am want to be part of Jet2 crew and be an air steward. I am 13 and I thought the flight crew were really nice. Think Jet2 the absolute best Air Travel Ever. Staff and crew polite and friendly. Marvellous helping folk in need. Food good value for money. Love Jet2.

I give this app 5 stars because it's helpful and customer service fantastic and staff friendly. It's easy to book and check in, and the good thing is that they don't charge for hand luggage. Just want to add one thing, why don't you guys do a flight from Scotland to Morocco? That would be great.
